We got a rental car out and popped down to Cherry Creek Mall before heading out to Boulder. Boulder is a wee town out of Denver with a population with around 300, 000 people. It’s located at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and sort of like Hamner with really big Cashel Mall. After a wee walk around and lunch we headed back and went out to our first ice hockey game. Pepsi Stadium was massive and I was geared up with a Colorado Avalanche t-shirt and foam hand things. The Americans were very patriotic at the start of the game with the anthem and it reminded me of Borat.
After the game we got dressed and checked out a few bars downtown, what an action-packed day!
